Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Prepare and pack customer orders with precision to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Utilize scanning equipment to track stock levels and update inventory systems.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; on-the-job training provided.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
