Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure shipment integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork.
