Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pick, and pack orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance checks and report any issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but a plus).
