Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with RF scanners or handheld devices.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
