Responsibilities
- Pack and Process Orders: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Perform stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible shifts (day, night, or weekend).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
