Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Organize, label, and store inventory in the correct designated zones.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and stackers, following all safety protocols.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy of shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and packaging tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Illinois facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
