Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and proper handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process returns and handle customer inquiries regarding order status.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and efficiency targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the hiring event location.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and overtime as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
