Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process inventory updates and stock replenishment efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on specific role duties.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
