Responsibilities
- Unload and verify incoming shipments against delivery documents to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using proper packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock organization to optimize warehouse flow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
