Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to log inventory movements efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding workflow and inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
