Responsibilities
- Operate Packaging Machinery: Safely and efficiently run conveyor belts, packing stations, and labeling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our strict quality standards before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock, organizing warehouse aisles, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area at all times.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, move raw materials to production lines, and handle heavy lifting as required.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure production targets are met daily.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the US and eligible for EB3 Visa sponsorship.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Basic English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking) required for safety instructions.
- Background: Clean criminal background check and drug screening required.
