Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Safely operate assembly and packaging machinery under supervision.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Packaging: Properly package, label, and prepare goods for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior manufacturing experience required. We provide full training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various temperatures.
- Language: Basic English proficiency required for safety and communication.
- Availability: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Documentation: Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to sponsor an EB3 Visa.
