Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and assembly lines in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company and industry standards.
- Follow all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Package finished goods and prepare them for shipping and distribution.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not always required for EB3 Unskilled category).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid identification documents required for the visa application process.
