Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive assembly or production tasks according to established safety and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production output to ensure targets are met and identify any quality control issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S workplace management principles.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and productivity.
- Complete necessary documentation and time logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship available).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and twisting.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Basic ability to read and understand English instructions and safety labels.
- No prior experience necessary (on-the-job training provided).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required for EB3 Unskilled classification.
