Job Overview
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our facility. This role is essential to our supply chain operations and offers a clear path for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise from trucks to storage areas and vice versa.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock reconciliation daily.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment according to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after basic training.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
