Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move freight and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate counting and stocking of inventory to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damages and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Legal Authorization: Must currently hold or be able to obtain a valid H2B Nonimmigrant Worker Visa.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the 2026 peak season.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency sufficient for reading safety signs and following instructions.
- Work History: Reliable work history is preferred, but prior experience is not mandatory.
- Documentation: Ability to present valid ID and work authorization documents upon hiring.
