What You Will Do:
As a seasonal associate, you will be integral to our daily operations, ensuring that cargo moves smoothly and efficiently from dock to delivery. We offer a hands-on environment where you can grow your skills.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for and willing to apply for an H2B visa.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English language skills required for safety communication.
- Valid ID and documentation for employment eligibility.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
