Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and warehouse shelves using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa: Must possess a valid, unexpired H2B non-immigrant work visa.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Work History: Demonstrated reliability and experience in warehouse, logistics, or seasonal labor roles.
- English Proficiency: Basic reading and writing skills in English to follow safety instructions and communicate with supervisors.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
- Documentation: Valid Social Security Number or equivalent work authorization documentation.
