Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanning devices.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Collaborate with management to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Keep workstations organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
