Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently according to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and correct labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse duties including packing, boxing, and loading trucks.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including nights and weekends.
