- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for delivery using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
