Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments from delivery trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
- Organization: Keep warehouse aisles clear and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Maintenance: Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: A strong work history showing punctuality and a positive attitude.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
