Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by scanning and verifying stock levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
