Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Package and label products for shipment with precision.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-70 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid forklift certification (if required for specific role).
