Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight trucks using hand trucks and dollies.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory with high accuracy to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections of shipments to ensure they meet company standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
