Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations during the weekend shift.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 8-12 associates to ensure productivity and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments with precision.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct shift briefings and generate end-of-day operational reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must have reliable transportation and the flexibility to work weekends, including holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
