Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
