Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products safely and efficiently.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
