Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and meeting strict quality standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using inventory management software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
