Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical troubleshooting for clients during weekend shifts.
- Resolve incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with accuracy and speed.
- Log all interactions and ticket resolutions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to escalate complex issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify patterns in customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is highly desired.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
