Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and bugs in a timely manner.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development with a strong focus on React.js, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Context API) and asynchronous data handling.
- Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
