Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
- Architect and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices to support business growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure sub-second load times.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices for security and maintainability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical culture of the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Angular.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fully remote setting.
