Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions and technical strategy for front-end and back-end systems.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and overall user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
