Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver products on time.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, providing technical mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and React. Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL solutions is highly preferred.
- Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving critical technical challenges efficiently.
