Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following strict safety guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak seasonal hours.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, debris-free workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding workflow needs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for an H2B Visa or possess a valid H2B Visa to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
