Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation processes for corporate and individual clients
- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized relocation plans
- Manage housing searches, school transitions, and community integration
- Collaborate with vendors for moving services, temporary housing, and logistics
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with relocation policies
- Provide ongoing support and problem resolution throughout relocation lifecycle
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relocation coordination or human resources experience
- Proven ability to manage complex relocation projects with multiple stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of Phoenix metro area resources and real estate market
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
