- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between employees, families, and relocation service providers
- Track and optimize relocation program metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Proven expertise in managing complex domestic/international relocation logistics
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent HR credentials preferred
- Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel locally
