Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming employees, including housing, visa processing, and school enrollment
- Develop customized relocation plans based on individual employee needs and family circumstances
- Coordinate with vendors, real estate agents, and service providers to ensure smooth transitions
- Conduct needs assessments and provide ongoing support during the relocation process
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with relocation policies
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with empathy-driven approach
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics and vendor relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRP/GMS) preferred
- Experience with relocation software platforms (e.g., Cartus, Worldwide ERC)
