- Coordinate with moving companies, real estate agents, and service providers
- Develop customized relocation budgets and expense reports
- Provide cultural orientation and community integration support
- Utilize relocation software (e.g., RelocationPro) for case management
- Maintain compliance with GSA and DOT regulations
- Train junior relocation coordinators on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or HR mobility
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation required
- Experience managing international relocations and visa processes
- Proficiency in relocation management software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
