Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and patient safety as top priority
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the United States or eligible for immediate licensure
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (ICU/ER preferred)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or other applicable visas)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC experience preferred)
