Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned specialty unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and hospital policies
Qualifications
- BSN or equivalent nursing degree (foreign credentials evaluated)
- Active RN license in Missouri or eligible for endorsement
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL required for international candidates)
- Pass background check and health screening
