Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care settings using advanced medical equipment
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for treatment planning
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree or higher (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (J-1, H-1B, or TN)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Ability to operate advanced medical equipment
