Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care across diverse medical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient education programs
- Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in any US state or equivalent international credential
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Specialty certifications in ICU/ER preferred
