Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in fast-paced urgent care setting
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for acute conditions
- Administer medications and perform minor procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients on preventive care and treatment options
- Handle emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado
- BSN preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year urgent care or ER experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
