Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in high-acuity emergency and critical care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and interventions in our advanced EMR system
- Mentor new nursing staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Respond effectively to rapid patient condition changes and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience (ER/ICU focus)
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
