Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLAs
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference client needs

Qualifications
