Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and production departments
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs
- Analyze KPIs and generate actionable reports for executive leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ operational professionals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and inventory control
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
