Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Manage administrative workflows, scheduling, and correspondence for leadership teams
- Coordinate onboarding processes, vendor relationships, and office events
- Implement and optimize office procedures for efficiency and compliance
- Lead budget tracking for office expenses and procurement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management or administrative leadership experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and procurement processes
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
