Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage administrative staff, providing mentorship and performance guidance
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and efficiency improvements
- Coordinate executive calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Handle budget oversight, expense reporting, and procurement processes
- Lead onboarding programs and ensure seamless employee onboarding experiences
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience in office administration or facilities management
- Proven expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and expense control
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Relevant certification (e.g., CAPM, CPM) or bachelor's degree preferred
