Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Manage employee onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of HR processes
- Handle vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service procurement
- Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate executive support, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for building management and security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement, and contract administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
- Project management experience with demonstrated organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Nevada labor laws and HR compliance requirements
